Give in memory

For many people, supporting CISWO is a meaningful way to honour the life of someone connected to a former coal mining community.

Whether they worked in the coal mining industry, were part of a coal mining family, or simply cared deeply about their community, a gift in their memory is a lasting tribute that helps others when they need it most.

Ways to Give in Memory

There are many ways to celebrate the life of someone special while supporting CISWO.

  • Make a collection at a funeral or memorial service.
  • Set up an online tribute or remembrance page.
  • Make a one-off donation in their name.
  • Organise a fundraising event or challenge in their memory.

Whatever you choose, your gift will help provide practical support to former coal miners, their families and coal mining communities.
